I love memories like this! Had so much fun!!!
Hills of Bel Air, swimming, red wine, three of my best girlfriends, and drunk handstand competitions. Couldn’t get better.
Wow, you’re actually welcoming a hangover- Claire, you really are serious about this! I’m so proud of you and I know you can do it and I’ll be right there to help!
Tomorrow will be the last day I ever smoke another cigarette. I’ve been a smoker for over 11 years, almost half of my life. This will be my first full-fledged effort to kick my nasty habit and I’ve already started my dose of Chantix.
As a going away party to smoking, I’m having a happy hour at Q’s tomorrow to chain smoke and drink the evening away.
I’m also hoping that I will be super hungover Friday and that will aid in my quitting.
BTW, you’ve got to tell me what happened to Marie on Intervention the other night… details later??
Secret Life of an American Teenager is my favorite guilty pleasure. I have the TV viewing habits of a 14 year old girl.
Wanna know what we all got at our last work event? Wait for it, wait for it…. FOOD POISONING! Hollleerrrrr
I totally just got reminded about our mandatory agency wide event tomorrow. Basically, we only have to work until 10:30 at which time we all head over to the Ferry Building for what’ll essentially be IRON CHEF versus other co-workers. What isn’t stated below that I’m most excited about is:
(1) It’s a competition
(2) Brunch Hour cocktail hour upon arrival
(3) We get to leave right after for more drinking and then go home
Yay!

Executive Chef will create an unforgettable corporate event that will be water cooler chatter for a really long time. Our corporate events are perfect for celebrating company achievements, entertaining clients, rewarding employees, welcoming new recruits, or just letting off some steam.
Your group will arrive to a selection of tasty hors d’oeuvres and refreshing beverages to get their palates revved up for an evening of food and fun. Guests then slip on chef hats and aprons and are divided into teams that work together to create their culinary masterpieces.
And, of course, once the cooking is finished everyone is invited to sit down, relax, and enjoy their culinary creations. When the evening is over, each guest leaves with new cooking skills, a full belly, and memories of a great time in the company of new friends.
I’ve now had two Ralph’s cashiers comment on the weight of my salads. The first guy chimed in with “Wow, that’s an expensive dinner”
The second’s clever comment went “Wow, you’re feeding salad to the whole family tonight, eh”
WTF, bag that shit up and let me eat in peace. It’s a salad- yes, it happens to be heavily weighed down w/ Ranch dressing and assorted pasta salads, but there’s lettuce in there!
I’ve said my peace… tonight I will try to outweight my last one!!! Take that suckas… wait, who’s the loser in this situation…
