Last week my wonderful best friends from home (minus Chantel) came to visit! Crystal, Angie and I walked around Boston and then headed to the Cheers bar!!! We daytime drank for hours and laughed so hard! I also made friends with the bartender- Claire, you would’ve been my wingman, I just know it. So now Tyler and I are best friends- we’re carving pumpkins tomorrow! I love that I drank at Cheers in Boston!

BUT, the leaves come at a price… raking! Being a central CA native, I’d never known about raking leaves- which I for some reason refer to as “leafing”… It’s tough work!!! But people keep telling me to be thankful it’s raking leaves and not shoveling snow :-(

It’s absolutely true what they say- Fall is gorgeous here on the east coast! The leaves are incredible, bright and colorful. We took a trip to Maine a few weeks ago and the drive was gorgeous!

I’m in Boston!! And LOVING it! While I’d planned on going to NYC, Boston has taken me by surprise and I’ve decided to stay here for a while. It suits me pretty well for where I am in life. Of course… I still need a job ;-) Thank goodness the Saboviks- Mike and Micha- have been kind enough to me up… we’re pretty much a family!

I used to have a huge crush on the boy who lived next door- I know, could this be any more cliche!?! Well, I ran into him last weekend and on Wednesday we went to lunch and the movies in the middle of the day and had the best time! Funny how things happen… but it’s still just a crush ;-)

I have interviewed 30 people in the last 7 working days for two positions within our marketing department. Thus far, I have selected my two favorites. One reminds me of my best friend, Claire. She’s tan, smells good and is super easy to talk to. The other has worked with Hanson and enjoys Forever 21 jewelry as much as I do. I personally think I’ve done a tremendous job. Oh, and they’re both qualified and have excellent experience…
